The level 2 charging station is the most popular charging station Genesis owners choose. This charging station gives 240 volts and can charge your battery overnight or in 8 hours. The level 3 charging station is the fastest charging for a rapid charge. The level 3 charging station uses direct current to charge a Genesis EV fully in under an hour.

Intelligent EV Services

Genesis will allow you to use several digital applications to check your charge level. The EV charge management system will inform you about your EV's battery life, its estimated range, and how much time it takes to charge fully. Within this application, after you plug in your Genesis EV to charge, you don’t have to keep checking to see if it’s fully charged. You’ll get a notification on your smartphone, and it is. Another cool feature is the charge scheduling. The charge scheduling will allow you to set a charging time, change the cabin temperature, and defrost your windshield.

Battery Warranty & 24/7 Roadside Assistance 

A ten-year or 100,000-mile battery warranty will apply when you purchase a new Genesis EV. If you need a replacement battery or reparations, Genesis will cover the repair or replacement cost within that timeframe. Owners also love that we have 24/7 Roadside assistance.
