Our service valet allows your vehicle to get serviced without you having to leave your house or workplace. A valet will simply come and pick your car up for maintenance and return it once it’s done. The valet can provide a loaner vehicle to help you get to and from the retailer if needed. The service valet lasts the same amount of time as the complimentary service. It’s available for three years or 36,000 miles when you purchase a new Genesis.

If, for some reason, we can’t fix the issue, we always have another solution. We’ll arrange for your Genesis to be towed to the nearest authorized distributor.
The 24/7 Roadside assistance is a great benefit and is valid within five years of purchasing the vehicle, regardless of the mileage amount.
